Given the transparency and customer support issues, combined with the high price tag, we do not recommend the Brinks system. It also requires a 36-month contract and in this day and age, it’s just not necessary (unless you just like paying for things like that). The company as a whole is vague and lacks transparency, which can make it hard to decide exactly what package is right for you. The Brinks Home security system is a full-service, professionally monitored security package that comes with all the basics you’d need to get started.
